Membership access

Lotus Project membership is invite-only. Access is activated and deactivated manually by a Lotus administrator. Payments and billing arrangements are handled outside this platform.

Your content

You retain ownership of the work and writing you upload. You grant Lotus permission to display published content on the public platform while your membership is active.

Account deactivation

When membership is deactivated, public profile content is hidden and the private dashboard becomes read-only. Reactivation restores previously published content.

Opportunities

Opportunity information is provided for research support. Artists must verify current eligibility, terms, and deadlines with the original organization before applying.

External purchases

Shop links lead to independent checkout providers. Their purchasing, fulfillment, returns, and payment terms apply.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful material, content you do not have permission to use, malware, or files intended to interfere with the service.
